"The Dogcatcher" Ray's Hell-Burger Rosslyn, VA

House trimmed beef patty with roasted bone marrowon a brioche bun with all the fixings. The burger was pretty good, but the meat lacked outstanding grilled meat flavor perhaps a lack of S&P on the patty. The roasted bone marrow was the real standout on this burger lending the deep meaty flavor and really made the burger stand out. Cooked medium the patty was very juicy and caused the bun to literally melt away. It all built up to a pretty good meal, didn't hurt there was a Bells Two Hearted Ale (IPA) to was it all down.

Afgan kabob house - arlington, va

Lamb kabob plate with spinach rice, spinach, hummus, and a vege sambosa. The lamb was surprisingly tender and delecoius with just enough heat to crave more. The rice is rich and buttery and garlicky a cooling companion to the kabob spice. Spinach and hummus are good but not standout amazing the house made tandoor made bread is fresh and delecious perfect for scooping hummus. The vege sambosa was crispy and well seasoned pair with the corriander chutney
